E. O. Gana and Partners, formerly known as E.O. Gana and Associates, traces its humble beginnings in 1996 when its Founding Partner Atty. Evaristo O. Gana opened his law firm in Malate, Manila. At that time, he was joined by Senior Partner Atty. Nole Panganiban. The law firm primarily engaged in immigration, labor, corporate and litigation.
On May 01, 2001, the law firm transferred to it present location in Makati City due to the increasing demand of its satisfied clients. Since then, the law firm achieved a moderate success in practice. On June 2004, Atty. Dante Xenon B. Atienza joined the firm and is now a Senior Partner. He was joined a year later by Atty. Raymond M. Cajucom and Atty. Maria Cristina Garcia-Ramirez, both presently Junior Partners of the firm.
On June 2007, the firm was renamed E. O. Gana and Partners Law Offices when Atty. Alex O. Avisado, Jr. and Atty. Ronald Michel R. Ubaña joined the firm as Senior Partner and Junior Partner, respectively. Atty. Rose Anne P. Rosales joined the firm in 2007 and is presently a Junior Associate.
Driven by passion for excellence, the Firm specializes in criminal and civil litigation, election, immigration, and special projects. The firm also handles labor disputes, intellectual property cases, mining projects, and other cases in different areas of law practice.
