RONALD MICHEL R. UBAÑA graduated from the University of Sto. Tomas in 1997 where he earned his Degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Philosophy. In 2002, he obtained his Degree in Bachelor of Laws at the University of the East. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2003.

On the same year, he joined the Law Office of Cabanos Bañares Libranda and Associates as an Associate Lawyer. In 2005, Atty. Ubaña joined Venadas Law Firm where he served as an Associate Lawyer handling varied areas of litigation. In 2007, Atty. Ubaña joined the Law Firm of E. O. Gana and Partners as a Junior Partner. He exemplified his expertise in the field of litigation, specifically in labor, civil and criminal cases. At present, Atty. Ubaña is the Junior Partner of the Firm.
