ROSE ANNE P. ROSALES graduated from the St. Paul University of Manila in 2003 where she earned her Degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology. In 2008, she obtained her Degree in Bachelor of Laws at the Arellano University School of Law, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010.

Her career in the field of law began when she worked as a Legal Assistant at E. O. Gana and Partners in 2007. In 2010, Atty. Rosales was promoted as Junior Associate and was exposed to civil and criminal litigation, election practice, and labor cases.

Atty. Rosales was born on 13 March 1982 in Sto. Cristo, Sariaya Quezon.
